Time for an short and quick update on the property market:  The Northern Ireland housing market sustained its strong start to 2017 last month, with prices, sales and expectations rising, according to latest RICS and Ulster Bank Residential Market Survey. The survey suggests price growth rose to its highest level in almost a year in February, suggesting house price inflation is picking up pace.
